3. We deep clean the source of the air supply including (where applicable) the blower, squirrel cage, coils, condensation pan and return air supply.

Process

-Inspect all duct seams, looking for disconnected and improperly seal joints
-Install UL 181 Approved foil tape to seams where applicable
-Apply UL 181 Approved mastic sealant
